ARTHYOGA is a combination of two words "ARTH" & "YOGA". In Hindi language, the "ARTH" means "Meaning" and "Yog" which is internationally known as "YOGA" is an ancient form of exercise originating from India about 5,000 years ago focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing of a person for a healthy living.

It is being run by RENNY SHARMA who is an Actor, Model and a Yoga Expert Certified From "Yoga Alliance International" and "Ministry of Ayush" and Expert in Anatomy, Pranayama, Medication, Core Hatha Yoga Asanas, Communication Skills. She has won many certificates and medals at State level in school time. She meticulously practice yoga. She is a good Dancer as well. Yoga has helped her in building stamina and endurance in Running and various fitness activities also. She has completed 50 marathons and she was Fitness Ambassador in 4-5 Marathons. And she has been esteemed Jury in more than 30 events and has done more than 50 shoots(still/ramps) and She has acted in a short film titled "DHARA 376 IPC Punishment" and KARAMPHAL.
